These Terms of Use govern your access to brewtrait.com and purchases from BREWTRAIT. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits a mandatory consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

BREWTRAIT

BREWTRAIT creates original wall art for people who see coffee as ritual, culture, and identity. Our current artwork is created by real artists without generative AI, and each canvas is produced after an order is placed.

Using the store

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in violation of law, misuse another person's information, or use our content or products to violate intellectual-property or other rights.

Product information

We try to describe every product accurately. Our current matte stretched canvas uses a cotton-and-polyester composite canvas stretched over a pine frame, with a back hanging system and soft rubber dots on the lower back corners.

Measurements may vary by approximately ⅛ inch (3.2 mm) because of the production process. Colors may vary slightly because screens, device settings, lighting, photography, and printed materials reproduce color differently. Such minor variation is not by itself a defect, but a material misprint remains covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices, currency, and payment

Prices may be displayed in United States dollars or euros depending on the market. The currency, product price, shipping charge, tax, discount, and total shown at checkout before payment are the final amounts for that transaction. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or fee, which BREWTRAIT does not control.

We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before accepting an order. If payment was already captured for an order we cannot accept, we will cancel it and refund the captured amount.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable delivery, fraud screening, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected misuse, or inability to produce the item. We will notify you and refund any captured payment when required.

You are responsible for selecting the intended design and size and for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. Please review everything before paying.

Made-to-order production

Production may begin shortly after checkout. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation, but we cannot guarantee either after production begins. Made-to-order status does not remove a statutory withdrawal right or other mandatory remedy when applicable.

Shipping

Production time, delivery estimates, supported destinations, charges, customs information, address responsibilities, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Returns, refunds, and consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-Day Quality Guarantee, European withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, cancellations, and preference-based requests. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee never shortens a longer mandatory legal right.

Discounts and promotions

A promotion may have its own eligibility, dates, regions, products, or minimum spend. Unless checkout expressly allows it, percentage discounts cannot be combined with another percentage discount. Free shipping applies only when the order, destination, and discount satisfy the conditions shown at checkout. BREWTRAIT may correct misuse, technical error, or fraud involving a promotion as permitted by law.

Artwork and intellectual property

The BREWTRAIT name, store design, artwork, photographs, copy, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by BREWTRAIT or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law. Buying a physical canvas gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not grant a right to copy, scan, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, train a model on, or commercially exploit the artwork or store content.

Reviews and submitted content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant BREWTRAIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. You may ask us to stop future optional marketing use by contacting support.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, production partners, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties may provide parts of the shopping experience. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to services they control. BREWTRAIT is responsible only to the extent required by applicable law and these terms.

Store availability and changes

We may update products, prices, content, features, or these terms prospectively. We may also suspend the store for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. Changes do not remove rights already attached to an accepted order.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREWTRAIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud or certain personal injury and mandatory consumer protections.

Applicable law

Your purchase is governed by the law applicable to the transaction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of mandatory protections and access to courts that the law of your habitual residence gives you. These terms do not require you to give up a non-waivable local right.
