Shipping Policy

Every BREWTRAIT canvas is made to order. Production happens first, then your finished piece is handed to the carrier. The estimates below separate those two stages so you know what to expect.

Where we ship

BREWTRAIT ships to the United States and the European destinations listed below when they are available at checkout. Checkout is always the final confirmation that we can serve your address.

Core European Union

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Northern European Union

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden.

EFTA

Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.

We do not currently accept delivery addresses outside these destinations.

Shipping rates

  • United States: $5 USD for orders below $75 USD; free economy delivery for orders of $75 USD or more.
  • Core European Union: €5 EUR for orders below €80 EUR; free economy delivery for orders of €80 EUR or more.
  • Northern European Union and EFTA: €15 EUR per order. This region is not included in the standard free-shipping threshold unless checkout displays a specific promotion.

Eligibility and the final rate are calculated from the delivery address and shown before payment.

Production and delivery estimates

Your canvas is usually produced within 3-5 business days. After production, estimated carrier transit is:

  • United States: 2-5 business days.
  • Core European Union: 2–5 business days.
  • Northern European Union and EFTA: 5–10 business days.

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other unincorporated United States territories may need an additional 7–12 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, customs processing, severe weather, peak demand, and carrier disruption can extend delivery.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. If an order contains more than one item, production routing may cause the items to arrive separately. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee because we split a shipment.

Address accuracy

Please review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and country before paying. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered production or fulfillment. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Customs, duties, and local fees

EU taxes and applicable import duties are handled where required. In rare cases, local carriers or customs authorities may apply an additional handling or administrative fee.

For non-EU destinations, including Switzerland, local authorities may assess import taxes, duties, or handling charges. Unless checkout states otherwise or applicable law requires BREWTRAIT to collect them, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays, loss, or damage

If tracking has stopped updating, a package appears lost, or your canvas arrives damaged, email support@brewtrait.com with your order number. For damage, include clear photographs of the canvas and packaging. We will investigate and make it right under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
